How RaccoonKit handles data retention.
Last updated: 2026-10-06
RaccoonKit only collects the minimum information needed to run your account and modules. Every signed-in account syncs the data you save in modules, so it follows you between devices. We never sell or share your personal data.
Data stored
- Account profile (name and email from your sign‑in provider)
- Module settings, such as pinned tools and recently used modules
- In‑module data you save, so you can pick up where you left off on any device
- Operational logs and crash reports to keep things running smoothly
Files in media tools
Tools marked “Runs in your browser” (for example Image Converter, PDF Utility and Image Privacy) process your files on your device; the files are not uploaded. Device Drop stores what you send to it, so your other devices can fetch it, until it expires or you delete it (pinned items stay until you unpin them).
